Before Scheduling an appointment with us, please verify that your insurance is approved for the consultation. If your insurance is approved, you will get 6 paid lactation consultations with no out of pocket cost! Travel fee will be charged for in home visits which is not covered by insurance. If your insurance is not approved, we do offer a self-pay discount rate. We will provide you with a super bill so you can file with your insurance for reimbursement for our services. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Payment is required at time of service. Debit/credit cards, cash, and personal checks are acceptable forms of payment. A 3% service fee will be charged for Debit/Credit cards. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur an additional fee of $30. Payment plans may be discussed prior to consultation if needed.
